The mechanic sugest me to check ifthere is a recall for this problem and i found one 08v690000 but my vin # is not included, this problem is serious in case of accident the bag is not going to deploy.

Vehicle overheated while driving 70 mph on interstate, followed by automatic shift sputtering between 3 and 4th gears. Taken to mechanic and was notified that overheating was result of radiator failure, which caused radiator fluid to mix with transmission fluid. Repair cost $3400 to replace radiator and transmission. Air bag warning light illuminating 1 month after takata recall expired.
