Fuel guage doesn't work correctly. Sometimes it show the right level and other times it shows empty or somewhere in between. Ran out of fuel the other day on the highway. I know there was a recall on this for 2006 -2008, but it says my vin number doesn't have a recall for this.

After filling the tank, the gas gauge shows same as before, then after a while, the gas gauge shows empty with the fuel light on, then after a while it shows some gas in the tank (maybe a little over half), then a while later it goes up to almost full.
