    Brand new tires with less than 500 miles on them, after 2 attempts they still would not take a balance. Owner determined by spinning the tires on the vehicle that the tread block wobbled side to side and the sidewall height varied as the tire was rotated.     While cleaning truck, i noticed hundreds of small cracks in the tire sidewall area on all four tires. All small cracks were on the sidewall that was exposed. No cracks were observed on the inner sidewall area. No failure noted as of now but i'm leary about keeping these tires on the vehicle for safety reasons. While driving 65 mph left rear sidewall separated from tread all the way around.     I was driving alone at freeway speed of 65mph, when it felt like i had hit a strong wind, but the trees at the side of the road were not moving, so i started to pull over to the side of the freeway, when the tire blew out.
