The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The dealer was not contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 86,000.

During vehicle operation the brake and battery light will flash repeatedly on and off until engine is shut off. Will not start again until after vehicle is driven short distance. Battery, alternator, and regulator have been tested. During use at night vehicle headlights will flicker and dim as well as dashboard lights.

The passenger side headlamp assembly is warped where the silver divider is between the top and bottom also the side amber deflector inside the assembly is broken. The driver side headlamp both the reflectors inside are out of place, the larger one has slid down where the main headlight is. You cannot get inside the headlamp assembly to repair these.
